In order to develop a proper strategy for marketing and/or social media, there needs to be a baseline of where your brand stands, what obstacles we need to overcome, and which areas need improvement. Analyzing the data across all your platforms will set us up for success down the road.
DEVELOP
Now we're honing in the ideas. A strategy begins to develop. The brand voice becomes clear and concise. We will identify the spaces your brand should live, what your communication, imagery, content, and delivery method looks like.
MEASURE
Is the strategy working? There's only one way to find out. We'll take a look at the analytics and compare them to the benchmark data we gathered in the discovery phase.
BRAINSTORM
This is an area with no wrong answers, no stupid ideas, no limits to what can be. This is the port at which we depart on the journey to building a dominant brand with a no mercy approach.
IMPLEMENT
Here's where the hard work comes in. Putting the strategy in place, making moves, and changing the way current and potential customers see your brand. We'll shoot photos and video, contact media outlets with press releases, manage your social media, manage your email marketing, and keep your brand top-of-mind.
ADJUST
Once we learn what worked and didn't work, we'll either continue on our heading, or adjust our course. There will always be adjustments to make, and with proper data, we can make all the course corrections we need to sail at full-trim.
